Uli v. Bocksberg Eis trusts in a deep-freeze cell from ROMA

Children love ice cream. Adults too, of course. In the small village of Bocksberg in the district of Dillingen, near the town of Wertingen, ice cream is produced on a farm and with great success. And ice cream has to be deep-frozen, of course, because otherwise it simply melts away.

Owner and ice-cream maker Ulrich Geh relies on a deep-freeze cell from ROMA and cooling technology from the company GBS Kühlanlagen GmbH from Augsburg.

Work began in the Geh family's barn as early as summer 2020, when the storage space for the precious ice cream had to be enlarged. After the construction of the cold storage cell, the refrigeration technology technology from GBS Kühlanlagen with fail-safe cooling was added. A new office and a modern sales room were also built around the cell.

The deep-freeze cell, the centrepiece of the Bocksberg premises, has been in operation for over a good year now.

Anyone who now has a hankering for ice cream can choose from the many different flavours on Fridays from 1 to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the yard sale.
