Summer Festival 2025: A Day for the ROMA Family

More than 400 employees, their partners and families, as well as many former colleagues, gathered on 5 July 2025 to celebrate on our company premises in Buttenwiesen. A bouncy castle, delicious food and live music created a fantastic atmosphere – a celebration that truly reflects what the ROMA team stands for.

By late afternoon, the site was buzzing with life: TSV Buttenwiesen got the youngest guests moving at various interactive sports stations, while joyful laughter echoed from the bouncy castle. Right next door, OGV Buttenwiesen transformed children’s faces into colourful lions and butterflies, just before a magician amazed the crowd with astonishing tricks.

After so much action, a generous buffet awaited. Fresh salads, tender grilled meats and tasty vegetarian options proved just as popular as the chilled drinks at the bar or the nostalgic beer carousel – the perfect setting to recharge and enjoy time together.

Experiences like these strengthen our bonds, provide new energy for future projects, and show once again that living family culture has been an integral part of ROMA’s success story since 1948.
