Sports meets industry: TSV Unterthürheim visits ROMA

Buttenwiesen, 22 October 2025 – Yesterday, on Wednesday, we at ROMA Insulation Systems had the pleasure of welcoming around 20 young players from the A and B youth teams of the football club TSV Unterthürheim to our Buttenwiesen site.

As a local sponsor, it was a particular pleasure for us to invite the young athletes to an engaging and varied afternoon – offering exciting insights into our company.

Following a brief and informative introduction to ROMA, we presented the various apprenticeship programmes, work placement opportunities and holiday jobs available at our company. A highlight of the visit was the guided tour of our production facilities, where the young guests gained a hands-on impression of how our sandwich panels are manufactured.

To round off the visit, we invited everyone to enjoy a relaxed snack together – with schnitzel and potato salad – the perfect end to an informative and sociable afternoon.

We would like to thank TSV Unterthürheim for their interest and their visit – and we look forward to possibly welcoming some of them back in future as interns, apprentices, or colleagues at ROMA.
