Official approval for roof panel type RD
Today is a day to celebrate! On this 18th July, we finally received the official approval documents for our type RD roof panel from the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt).
‘We have been waiting a long time for the approval and are now all the more pleased that the approval process has been successfully completed and the official approval has been granted,’ explains Erich Vogler, Head of Product Management at ROMA Insulation Systems.
The sandwich panel including the clamping system, which was first presented at BAU 2023 in Munich, has since attracted a great deal of interest and some customers have already successfully installed it. Demand is high and the approval by the DIBt is further confirmation of the outstanding quality and special properties of our type RD roof panel, which enables penetration-free and easy installation of solar modules without drilling.
