Sandwich course: Business management and trade

Do you want to begin working immediately after completing school but don't want to miss out on a solid professional education? Do you want to benefit from an optimal combination of theory and practice from the first day? The Business Management Trade sandwich course provides you with comprehensive general knowledge about business management/economics. By alternating between coursework at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Heidenheim and working in various departments at ROMA, you can apply and extend knowledge obtained during your studies directly at your place of work.

Description of work:

Taking part in day-to-day operations of commercial departments such as purchasing, sales and marketing
Organizing events
Using data processing programs and presentation tools
Automating electronic value-adding processes
Developing ideas for process optimization
Acquiring basic methodological skills (e.g., business mathematics and statistics, financial accounting, information management, scientific work)

Profile of requirements:

General and specific higher education entry qualification
Ability to communicate and enjoyment of teamwork
Interest in business processes and the ability to think in networks and holistically
Organizational talent, determination, independence, and high motivation

The sandwich program lasts three years (6 semesters), is offered in cooperation with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Heidenheim, and involves theoretical and practical phases, each lasting three months.
